If I could give zero stars I would - I have been trying to call for weeks to schedule an appointment to get my license renewed as it expires soon. I am aware it can be renewed online but prefer to just do it in person. I also have questions that unfortunately the website does not answer. Every time I call I am put on hold and then immediately get a busy tone followed by being disconnected w/ out any way to even leave a message.

I made an appointment online and brought my materials with me to the appointment. Everything moved very quickly and the customer service was great. They did a really good job of making sure that everyone used hand sanitizer and wore masks. Great process!

You have to make an appointment with one of the driving schools in eburg. The driving schools are where you take the test for your permit. 🙂

Yes, you need to make an appointment. You may have to schedule it about a month out but your appointment will go super quick. I had an appointment at 10:10 last Saturday, showed up at 9:50 and was out the door at 9:58

If you need a driving course that prepares you for the written or driving tests, call Cruisers Driving School. They are on the corner of Ruby street and Mountainview... Just 1 to 2 blocks west of the licencing office. They offer reasonable rates and hours. I'm 56, hadn't driven in 20 years. The instructors are great. I got my learners permit and passed my drive test on the first tries!.
