The front staff are rude, when I asked to set up an appointment for a UTI I was told to go over to urgent care! The front staff clerk decided what my healthcare should look like! I was never able to get into see my doctor any attempts to get around the front clerk were denied! I then called to refill a script for back spasms, I did finally get an appointment only a month later I never did recieve a script for muscle relaxer nor did I recieve a call back from a nurse! The treatment they give their clients is sub-par!

Edit: I am unsure of why the front desk is the complete opposite of the doctors. Every time I call they are rude, and while I was there the scheduler decided to talk about my papsmear loud enough so that the entire waiting room could hear. How embarrassing and unprofessional. Took me while to get in as a new patient, but I’ve never met a more attentive and kind group of doctors!! Definitely the best place in town for health care.

Since I have begun treatment at Community Health of Central Washinton I have been treated with respect and dignity. My team of physicians and specialist focus on treatment for every facet of my medical needs and they make referrals for other physicians and specialists when more extensive treatment is needed. Even my dietary needs are taken into consideration and when necessary, dietary supplements are recommended or prescribed. They test for a variety of things in-house and refer me for other tests elsewhere when needed. The doctors here work in unison with my orthopedic surgeons so that my medications are not contraindicated with my regular medications. The pharmacy in the clinic keeps me informed when I have new prescriptions to pick up and if needed, they do deliver. The dental clinic in house is also very good and they work with my physicians to meet my needs. I have been very satisfied with my treatment at Community Health of Central Washington and would recommend anyone looking for good quality healthcare that they would find it here.
