My significant other came in for a possible infection in his laceration and the RN barely even looked at it from across the room and he proceeded to tell the doctor in the hallway that it “wasn’t even red”. Luckily the other staff who actually examined it confirmed it was infected and were able to get him proper treatment. Absolutely ridiculous that some of the staff can get away with putting minimal effort into caring for patients without taking them seriously and be so open about it, and that they can simply take one glance at a patient and assume that they are just wasting everyone’s time.

Horrible awful!! First off, the front desk people are rude. I continue to get billed for counseling I had A YEAR AND 6 MONTHS AGO. Every time I think I'm done owing KVH money, I get another bill they forgot about in the mail. Now I'm getting calls from DEBT COLLECTORS because I owe over a hundred dollars from JULY 29 2020. WHY is this happening?? Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE but here for care. They will bill you forever and never tell you what you need to know. One time I was told I might need blood work done, so I went down to their lab and nobody knew what test I needed done, even though the doctor told me he would tell them exactly what was needed. Their communication is poor, customer service skills nonexistent, and they'll bill you for years after your appointment. I've never been so appalled by a business before. Update: I've called the billing office 7 times now. Wonderful!

I had an MRI yesterday where they had to inject dye near the shoulder joint. The radiologist Dr. Jensen was fantastic. This can be a painful procedure and I was not in any pain at all. He was the best. I have been here before for a broken wrist and prefer this hospital and the Dr.s compared to any other hospital hands down. Dont be discouraged by the few negative reviews. This place and their staff professionals are great. Hospital is spotless, we came from the westside and I wouldn't recommend any hospital over there. The people who write negative reviews here probably leave negative reviews everywhere they go. Shameful

My husband broke his arm while we were in town for the weekend (turns out we are MUCH too old to be skateboarding around town). The ER staff was friendly, kept him comfortable, and got us out of there in about an hour. An unexpectedly nice experience under the circumstances.
