Some trails allow bikes and some do not. There are maps within the park and online that tell you where you can ride your bike.

It's mountain bike and walking trails and tons of jumps, logs, bridges.
It's a small park that is rarely crowded. I wouldn't see why you couldn't ride bmx bikes here.
