Do you have to be an avid mountain biker to be on the trail? My 11 year old is but I’m not. Don’t want to send him alone?

I brought my grandchildren part way threw they loved it i walked my grandkids ur 6 and 4 we go in by lister school.

The trail is pretty challenging. I wouldn't do it on a regular bike
