It was $8 an adult and $6 for youth. Cash or card. Lockers were cash only, i think i heard $1. I didnt get one. We got there 20 minutes before 1230 and there was already a huge line. There is an overflow parking lot. Line moved super quick. They have life vests there for the kiddos. Waves started at 1pm so 30min after the session started, they were pretty much on the rest of last the time with like 5-10 minute breaks every now and then. There is a 1ft little circle pool attached that has no waves. And then there is a spray park inside as well so that was cool. They have a little snack bar with snacks and ice cream. We had a good time. At the end of the am session, if you are staying for the pm session, you do have to leave, go stand in line again, and pay again. So just be aware of that, I would ask them, if you know you're staying, to pay for both when you get there.

Clean and big park for kiddos with a small splash pad. Two big slides and a separate playground for the smaller littles. Includes a swing set and a skate park. And plenty of shade and tables to sit

We have been frequenting this play space for several years now and it has held my daughter's attention through her growing and changing interests. Small structures for little one; larger structures for bigger kids; skate bowl/park; walking trail; ball fields; public restroom; shade to sit under; picnic tables. Super fun spot with many options!! Shares parking lot with satellite Police Station. **currently under construction as of AUG'21.

This was a pretty cool park the playground has a bit footprint. There is a wide verity of playground equipment to keep kids of all ages ingaged. Everything was clean and well taken care of. One added bonus is that it shares a parking lot with a police station so the parking lot feels more secure.

There's a big possibility that it might not be open this year at all. Due to covid
The park is open, including the baseball field and playground and water fountain and restroom, but the pool doesn't open until July 5th. There is a small splash pad next to the playground that is open now (after 10 am every day) but the big outdoor pool and playground is not open. Neither is the small snack hut: which should have the same hours as the pool
The park is free, the wave pool has different prices for full/half days.
In 1955, Leona Maude Kandle left the bulk of her estate to the Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma for the establishment of a public playground “for girls and women as well as boys and men”.
I was there last week and there were people skateboarding. Go have some fun
June 15th
The park is free and open to the public! There is a huge playground, a splash pad, skating and biking areas, and a community garden, all free. The pool however, costs $5-11 per person and includes another kids water area. They also have a little shack near the front of the park, where you can buy drinks and snacks.
Small free splash pad in the free park. Pool itself and larger splash pad has a fee
I think so. I've see some personal ones that individuals bring and take home. Just be sure to take it home with you.
Its open right now thru summer
About 7 dollars
I dont believe so
5pm on Sundays. However, the website says they aren't open until the 18th of June.
Playgrounds are free! The spray park has a cost but is well worth it on hot days
