Why does the local community have such a grime view of the resorts efforts to revitalize the local economy...

We spent the month of June three miles from the resort in a rented cabin. We also utilized the resort daycare which any and all interactions were very positive. Some of the local community have been impatient with the unfinished condominiums and wonder if it will be worth it all. Time will tell.
