I gave xcell my phone to fix the screen and battery i looked up how long it should take and it was no longer than 2 hours is it the same timing with xcell?

It can vary per device. Most of the time it can be done same day. If its a part we dont stock or out of stock on then it can be 1-3 days. Give us a call during our open hours and we can better assist you on a more accurate timeframe.

Probably depends on if they are backed up. I've had 4 screens repaired and 1 battery and they've always done a great job but I never gave them a time limit
