Not pleased with the online vehicle status service Toyota provided. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation at 7 am and hitched a ride to work. Checked the service update throughout the day because I needed the vehicle back to pick up my kids from school. Needless to say, the vehicle was "in service" the entire day. When I called the service department, the technicians had gone home for the day and no one could assist me. I had to ask a friend to pick up my kids at the last minute, as well as arrange for rides the following day....all for an oil change and tire rotation. Not acceptable.
