When i walked in the store, the gentleman who helped me was very Attentive and answered all my questions. I have to say "Oh my goodness LOVE all there bags!" I got one as a gift- and NOW, I just can't get enough of them! I love the background of how it came to be. The quality is great! If you don't have a bag yet, there are sales usually on the website. You will love your bag as much as everyone who has one- LOVE theirs.

They do place items on a wish list if they are not immediately available. If there is a specific item you want that is sold online, R.Riveter can hold the item for you in store. You will need to call the store in order to do either of these things, and as of now I'm not sure they offer payment plans. Hope this helps!
