August 27, 2022 Dear salesperson Mavin, I did not appreciate you being rude and indifferent to me when I inquired on why the dealership is charging $4,995.00 over the MSRP for the 2023 Santa Cruz. I called the sales number where I mentioned to a salesperson, (call taker) that I thought it was not a good practice to sell vehicles over MSRP. She took my name and number and stated the sales manager would call me. Shortly, I received a call who introduced himself as Marvin the sales manager. I mentioned that I spoke to a sales rep which I voiced my concerned paying over MSRP for this vehicle. Marvin stated all she mentioned to him was to call me regarding the 2023 Santa Cruz. Anyway, then Mavin stated he was a salesperson. The actual sales manager called after that and stated he would sell me the Santa Cruz for MSRP. Unfortunately for them, I will not be doing business with Pinehurst Hyundai. PS: There job is to get the potential buyer into the showroom.
