I paid online each time but you can pay there. I am not sure if they take credit card there at the booth though. They do take it where the snacks are but they all share one machine. I recommend to pay online or bring cash. They sell food for the animals $5 a bucket. I recommend spending $30 to ensure you do not run out, the zebras, camel with two humps (only seen one), and the emu will try and eat a lot if you allow them! We hand fed the animals but the birds, we combined the food from 2 bowls into one so we controlled what the birds ate lol
