Yup manager it is! DONT HESITATE! They get so busy you HAVE to speak up or wave or go to register and get boxes....tip needs to reflect the service....but they are GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH...
Agreed - we've always had great service, and we go there at least once a week. I highly recommend taking time to speak to the manager. They would want to know if you did not have a good experience.

I agree with Jeff. We have always had great service and if they let you sit there, then that is an odd occurrence. You should call the manager and speak your mind, you may also get an answer if that's what you seek.
I saw the ol Help Wanted sign out on Monday - typically not a good sign - but service is usually Excellent, even when there is a wait. I'm sure the problem is temporary. sorry you had trouble there.
