Weekdays aren't too bad. But doesnt hurt to let them know. Definitely give them a call on weekends !

You're probably safe but we always do call ahead seating on our way there.

No, went on a Wednesday and only waited maybe 10 mins for a table for 4. Larger groups should call ahead
