I was getting a large order of Behr paint on 7/24/22. Eric I (name written on his apron, he said he usually works in the garden dept) was the employee who helped me. He was very professional, nice and helpful. He made sure the paint that I was getting matched was right on for color. Keeping this short, Eric went above and beyond for customer service and he deserves a raise! Thank you!!

Purchased an oven received Monday 6/20. Needed to switched to propane couldn't get anyone until today. Discovered appliance was delivered damaged. Can't get anyone to help fix the problem. It's past the 48 hour delivery window! Haven't touched it!

Obviously, another big box home and garden store. This place differs from Menards in that a lot of the offered goods are a bit better in quality. That said, you will pay more as a result. For some things, this makes sense. There is a difference in just what goods are being offered as well. The biggest difference, for me, is that at home depot, you will not find any difficulty finding someone who will help you find what you're looking for. Our, really, to offer some worthy advice on whatever project you're working on. For that reason alone, I would first choose this place if I was working on anything that was unfamiliar for me. It's a great store. I just wish some of the pricing was a bit more competitive.

I personally didn't have a great experience but I'm sure the way I was treated isn't the norm. I had a curbsude pickup order and arrived at Home Depot a little after 7pm which apparently they don't do the curbside pickup after 7pm which I wasn't aware of and this wasn't posted anywhere for me to know. The Home Depot app wasn't working so I had to call the number they provided on the sign. When I called the phone rang for well over a minute and finally someone answered the phone it was an older woman and she yelled at me for calling about curbside pick-up since it was past 7pm as if I should've known better and then she informed me that if I wanted my order I would need to go inside. Once inside I stood at customer service for some time before I was even acknowledged and there were 3 employees back there you think one of them could have at least acknowledged that I was standing there even if they were busy with something. They weren't busy helping customers that's for sure. I realize they have other things to do as well. I'm sure they were getting ready to close for the night but to ignore a customer that's standing there for that long was just rude. Then the older woman who was rude to me on the phone finally acknowledged me but she wasn't very nice in person either. She definitely had an attitude and informed me that I was interrupting them from working on something very important. Then she had a young man come up and finish helping me and he couldn't find my order so I stood there and waited for over 15 minutes with a toddler. He asked the woman for some help finding my order and she wouldn't help him. My toddler started acting up which is why I didn't want to go in the store in the first place and she kept giving me these nasty looks. I've never felt so unwanted at a store in my entire life but she made it very clear that I had inconvenienced her and she didn't appreciate it. I don't care if the store was closing or not. I didn't deserve to be treated like that.

Masks required, hand sanitizer when walking in & out of door
depends on the product expect 1-4 weeks will tell ypu when you purchase
When your gas man comes out to disconnect your stove request a quick release coupler put on your gas line like commercial kitchens and have him put one on your stove so all you have to do is shut off the valve I disconnect the line like an air compressor hose this is how we do it in the restaurant industry no need a plumber or a gas man after that
Call and ask that would be easiest.
Homedepot.com
They should but to be safe call your local store and see if they are in stock
That info would be best directed to the human resources department of Home Depot, instead of a Google Guides page 😉
You probably need a receipt, but it is worth checking with their customer service counter to see if they can pull up your purchase history with your name or card number.
18 inch 5 foot cord
