Yes. There are great restroom and shower facilities. They are kept clean. My wife who normally hates most campground bathrooms, loves the ones at Silver Lake SP.

There are a few. Sink, flush toilets one side. Enclosed showers with changing area on the other side. Kept quite clean for many people using them, but I'd suggest water proof flip flops.
