Yes you have to contact office inside building and rent a table there very reasonable rates
They have to be in a cage. Just go to Sadie's Flea Market, stop by the office, pay the table fee, and then go sell them. Table under the roof is $10.00, outside is $5.00 for the day. I think it is $4.00 if you don't use their table.
You do not need to call ahead. Even if there aren't any tables available, you can pay a fee to sell from your vehicle/your own table. Go to the main office, pay fee, head out to where you will sell. All puppies/dogs must be in a cage. It's pretty common for people to be selling animals there.
