There is a nice boat launch in Snug Harbor, the public picnic area near the entrance of the park. There are no launches in either of the campgrounds however small light things like paddle boards and kayaks could be carried to the beach. The channel campground had a boat launch years ago, in fact there used to be a ferry service that ran from there to a dock by the submarine, but it was removed and made into another campsite loop.

There used to be a launch in the Channel camp ground. It's been converted to loop 3 camping for quite a few years. There is a nice launch at Snug Harbor, near the entrance to the park, close to the headquarters, on Muskegon Lake.

Not directly in the park although there is beach area for launching kayaks. Otherwise there is one close by at the north end of Muskegon Lake which has access to Lake Michigan.
