This place was wonderful! The kids loved the little beach and we spent most of our time there. The pool was great too! Tons to do for the kids! Very clean and all the employees were super friendly! Walking distance to Michigan Adventure! We definitely want to come back for a least a week next time!

What an enjoyable time we had here. This campground lived up to our expectations and beyond. Clean,quiet, well run and maintained. I've read a lot of reviews on here that put this campground in a negative light and I honestly have to say.... I don't see it. Have to believe that the issue is the people writing the negative review. The concessions were great. Everything worked in the arcade the pool and beach are clean and fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We are sad to leave but are already looking forward to our visit here next year.

We absolutely fell in love with this place! We’re newbie campers and from checkin to checkout we’ve been so impressed! Facilities are fantastic and kept very clean. There’s plenty for kids of all ages to enjoy and even an eatery. We enjoyed using their pull through site as it happens to also be right next to the grill, showers, pool, and jumping pad. The volume of people can get a little congested at peak times but everyone is very nice. This place is amazing and we will definitely return and also send a high recommendation to anyone wanting to visit the are or Michigan’s Adventure (which is definitely within walking distance for able bodied people)!

The campground was decent. Check-in was easy and they helped you find your site. The grounds are run-down with weeds poking through the mulched areas. The sprinklers were running 2 of the mornings (before sunrise so around 4-5am) and they sprayed our trailer waking everyone up. The positive of this campground is its close location to MI adventure. That’s about the only thing they have going for them. The majority of the staff, including the owners, are rude and can be downright nasty. The best part of my stay was when we were leaving. The atmosphere is pretty tense and the attractions randomly closed early or weren’t available. Pass up on this one campers.
