If I could leave a zero star i would. Owner/manager is the most unprofessional person i have ever met. My family of 80+ yes 80+ people go camping every year and decided on this place. We will never return. The campground is unkept the restroom are atrocious and the amenities are virtually non existent. The owner was so rude when approached about a family members electrical service when the breaker kept popping blamed him for using too much energy. He also stared down my 6 year old daughter at the counter when she was trying to pay for her candy. No words just an uncomfortable stare down with an innocent little girl. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would keep my kids in sight at all times around this creep.

We had a fantastic time! We rented the Deluxe cabin for 3 nights, it was comfortable and cozy & clean! We had a great patio deck, wrought iron table /chairs and a Weber gas grill they supplied the propane! Minutes from lake Michigan, canoe liveries and Michigan Adventure! The campground was clean and well maintained! The beach area/lake was clean, comfortable and extremely relaxing. They have a diving/jumping pad that was so much fun! Plenty of activities, such as fishing, bike, paddle boat rentals, Air pad for jumping, playground, and mini zip line. I'm sure I'm missing other activities! The staff was amazing from the camp store, to the men on gators, were always around for anything we may have needed! Listen to their suggestions for area info, wish we did when we chose where to tube! We'll be back! Thank you for the experience Muskegon KOA!

We had the best time camping here! We had planned on camping 2 nights but ended up staying a extra night! Theres alot for kids to do, beach and lake was clean. My kids loved the jumping pillow and zipline! Things we didnt care for.. the expressway is super close and you can hear it at night. Also the bathrooms need updated, showers especially. The shower was clogged and filled. They were not very clean either. But other than that we loved it and will be going back!

Beautiful place with cabins backing into the lake. Fireworks on the 4th of July night were a welcome surprise. Definitely, definitely needs existing bathrooms to be remodeled and more bathrooms with bath facilities.

They have a calendar with prices on the web site. Prices change from day to day. Weekends & holidays are more but still reasonable. I have stayed there year after year. You can always call too. Owners are a nice friendly couple.

It's a stocked lake for campers only. You might be able to buy a day pass as a guest though.

Not far at all! 10 minute drive....but there is a better campground across the street from Michigan Adventure and it's much cleaner and you can't hear the crazy loud noise from the expressway.
