Bronson Park has beautiful views everyday of the year. They're doing some construction on some of the boardwalks it looks like, but it still has gorgeous views@every point in the park.I also like that there's benches to rest on while walking up/down the stairs for wonderful views of the beach(what's left of it,lol)&surrounding areas to witness nature at it's finest. They have a few trails you can walk along if going up/down stairs is too strenuous, which offer a diff perspective of nature,up close&personal. Some trails are cemented&some are sand. All are beautiful. They have pavillions, picnic tables&grills for family outings,as well as a playground area for the kids. There's plenty of open areas for frisbee away from the playground, for safety for 'the littles',yet w/in eyesight, for safety of 'the bigs' as well. The indoor restrooms are decent in size&have always been clean,no matter the time or day I was there. They do have a small basketball court,it desperately needs some TLC.There's a small beach to lay out on&catch some rays,or if gets too hot,u can hop in the lake for a swim,NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY,so please be careful&vigilant of those around u trying to enjoy themselves as well. The goal is for families/everyone to get together(yet remain a safe distance apart)&enjoy themselves during the day so they can safely return home@night&count their blessings, thanking God for yet another day&chance to utilize the senses they've been blessed with~The ability to HEAR the wonderful songs from the birds&laughter from the children playing, the ability to SEE the majestic beach&dunes,as well as the smiles on all of the faces from those around, the ability to SMELL the crisp, clean air&wonderful foods being cooked on the grills, the ability to TASTE the wonderful foods,&the ability to TOUCH the grass between ur toes,as well as hugging loved ones throughout the day.Bronson Park is a perfect place for people of all ages to connect w/nature,as well as eachother.I know I,personally, have many wonderful memories of loved ones gathering there w/me throughout the years&go there to reminisce good times w/my Mom,God rest her beautiful soul,as well as to create more wonderful memories w/my children to reminisce about.Bronson Park has something for everyone@every age to enjoy.

Beautiful park with an amazing view and walk. Wind makes it super chilly but so amazing in the beauty. Beach access is closed but you can walk a good minute. The view just enhances as you walk. There is even a park and campground that’s beautiful and entertaining.

I love the many stairs and boardwalks at Bronson. They lead to breathtaking views of Lake Michigan. Not to mention its dog friendly!

Great place for the fur babies and the family. Not a big beach but clean. You can walk out a ways before it gets deep. 99% of the dogs are to busy with swimming or toys or each other to worry about people. Some people get upset when dogs go near there dog or them. I say get over it its a dog beach after all.

There are a lot of trees around. I would not recommend there.

Do you have to walk far to get to the beach?

It's a good distance down a boardwalk but it depends on what you consider far.
