Extremely short staffed so if you use it for to get to work where you too are short staffed. Have a back up plan even with a scheduled ride they will not be on time. Hoping they dont make me a half hour late today for the second time. I use a go2 for the rest of the week. Its only $4 for the go2 to take me to work on time instead of paying $11 to Port City to maybe make my shift.

I work security for a local business and called for an employee who’s ride didn’t show this morning. The dispatcher was immediately confrontational and rude, stating that I should have just said the business name instead of the address. I politely informed them that the business has multiple buildings with different addresses. They became even more aggressive and said that I should have said the business name and the road. I then informed them that there are multiple addresses on the same road and that their attitude was unnecessary as I was simply trying to help them by ensuring they had the correct location. At this point the conversation ended and had turned into a complete argument, it was clear we wouldn’t be getting a cab so I told them I would just call a different company. The dispatcher then hung up on me. They clearly do not value the business of their customers and it appears as though they seek confrontation. This is not my first unpleasant interaction with this company but it will most definitely be my last.
