It is open all day besides sunset to sunrise. Swimming is allowed whenever but during windy days the current is stronger and you could get swept away. Usually you can swim in it. Yesterday I did and the water was perfect
It is open now. Use your jument about swimming though.
We were there a couple of months ago. I wouldn't have swum because the water was freezing and the volume of it would have swept you away, but both of those things may have changed by now.
It is a park so i assume its open during day light. I do not think swimming is allowed.
