Nice environment, good food & amazing historical stop. Enjoyed our evening chatting with locals. Took advantage of the wifi! Great staff! It has an old pay phone that is fully functional.

3.5 stars if I could. Nice impromptu dinner with family at the oldest Saloon in California - Iron Door Saloon circa 1852. Pretzel and cheese. Homerun. The mozzarella sticks were not good. The chicken tenders and fish&chips both were basic but exactly what was needed. Fondue was bar fondue but decent. Atmosphere and service - 2 thumbs up

The interior decor and design of the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Ambiance was also fine for a weekend day. Bloody Mary was really tasty but the food was pretty mediocre. We ordered a burger with onion rings, fish tacos, and buffalo shrimp. Burger was a shame. Worst than Big Mac. I asked for medium-rare and the patty came out burned! Almost everything but shrimps were cold and oily. They get 2 stars only for the service. The food was an absolute dissapointment and did not worth the money

Stopped for a quick bite to hold us over on our drive home. Service was great and fast. We were there as they opened. I get the feeling they get busy. We just had a Blt and fries. The BLT was loaded and thier fries were fantastic. I don't particularly care for fries so to post this is something
