Why is it no one answers the phone and when they did answer I was put on eternal hold. My wife called back and they just let the phone ring. I called back the phone just rang. This happen over hour period.

Maybe they don't have the people to staff all the positions

All I can say is they have a lot of employees that are just drawing a paycheck but NOT working 😕

They short on people!

Same here never get a answer and its a 20 minute drive to get there 🙄 I hate that and I asked to speak to a manager and never talked to them after staying on hold for 20

It's the same way with most places these days. We tried calling Walgreens yesterday with the same result. If you have a problem with a store, the next time you ship there talk to management

Walmart, the beast that they are, puts more emphasis on low prices. And they are the low price leader. But unfortunately, that makes customer service a distant afterthought. As long as low prices continue to drive their business, customer service will continue to be an afterthought. The operator, the fitting room and sales floor associates are the same person. She's responsible for straightening and maintaining a portion of the soft lines or clothing area. That pulls her away from the phone and we, the community, suffers.

Happened to me as well when I called .. people are there but no one answers..
