Some areas for walking are grass, there are a few large fields
Yes the paths are all dirt
Yes. There are no paved areas on any trails. The dirt trails are occasionally muddy.
You can walk on grass if you like. Its not filled with rocks or holes you could twist an ankle on. They have marked areas so you dont walk where you arent supposed to-other than that just go explore!
