Really great service! Welcoming and friendly staff. Our first visit was free when we went to an open swim with our son. Seems like they have a lot of classes and a lot to offer. Clean locker rooms with family changing rooms which was great with the baby.

No. There is no indoor track. Runners run along area streets or the river trail.
Joe is correct, which I know well from passing it regularly going to and from the two pools.
No there are not. They have regular spin bikes.
I'd give them a call, I know se classes are back up and running. As far as I know the locker rooms are still closed but the family changing rooms are open.

Normal business hours, I think. If you make it before 5 you can probably snag one before the crowd comes. It is the new year though, so they could be busy for a few weeks in general
It is closed on major, open on lesser holidays. Information will be posted on the site and on FB.
They differ by day, but PDF copies of both pools schedules are on the website
