Your people absolutely suck. My wife used your customer service chat to add haul away service to a delivery. The rep without her authorization, confirmation anything just changed the date to a further out one and DIDN'T EVEN ADD THE HAUL OUT SERVICE. So the rep changed our date to one 10 days later. Didnt add the haul away service... So basically just delayed our delivery and refuse to give us our original delivery date back. Then we call the "expert geek squad" and they tell us they can't change the date either and disconnected the call and never called us back... Great service!! Customers dropping $1800.00 usd in a contracting economy but they dont seem to care at all.

Talk about terrible service! I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this does it for me. I waited 14 days for my fridge to be delivered between a 2-6pm window. I called to confirm my appointment day of, and they assured me my delivery time would be around 4:40pm by a delivery guy named Nathan. 6:00 rolled around with no delivery. I called in and they told me my delivery was set for rescheduling and I would have to reschedule. No convenience call to tell me it had to be redelivered, no email confirming the issue, nothing! I call in the day after and they said it would take up to 72 hours for them to resolve my reschedule case. Not to deliver, but to schedule redelivery! This is ridiculous! I took 1/2 day off of work to be home for the delivery, get the house prepped for the delivery, emptied my old fridge and removed it from the house, and much much more in preparation. Shame on you BestBuy, I understand mistakes happen, but your a big company, and not even a courtesy call?! WOW!

I am happier with prices from Best Buy over Staples. Ink, comp. paper, Comp. Mouse, etc... Staff is helpful if you can find a worker. I usually find what I need before I see a worker, other times they help me find what I need. Highly recommend to others

Went in today to buy an item. I asked if I could get an exact price after tax so I could get money wired to me. Was then pretty rudely told that she would would look it up but then told me that I should just look it up online and add it to my cart because "that's what any customer would do." Well the item was over $500 and after getting my exact total after also being treated like I was a scalper (which I don't appreciate) I said thank you and I walked out. I have waited quite a long time for said item and was very excited to buy it but was sooooo put off by my experience that I guess I'm going to wait a little more. This was truly a terrible experience.

As of my last trip they were limiting customers and assigning each customer an employee to specifically assist them with their needs. Face masks required, social distancing in practice, dividers at checkout

Call the number and someone will answer if they don't answer try again and if it is a robotic then follow the instruction and it will point u to the right place but be patient and you will be able to speak to someone

Depending on the repair, I've found it a better deal to send mine back to the manufacturer for a factory repair.

You need to ask Best Buy that. None of us are or work for Best Buy(i presume). We are consumers just like you who came here to give our local Best Buy store a review. Why do people believe that they are talking directly to the store in some of these questions?? It's kind of funny ;)~
