I doubt the kitchen is safe for Celiac's customers. There are a lot of noodle dishes in the menu and many of the sauces are thick enough they may contain wheat flour as well. If you have less serious health concerns like just preferring to avoid gluten, the servers will be able to advise you on particular dishes.
Not really. And you'd better not have a peanut allergy, either. Food is fantastic, though.
