Hey GenX, It sounds like we should have done better. Can you let me know who you may have interacted with, and more importantly maybe provide a time period? This is a no go for me, and I would love an opportunity to rectify the experience or change it for the next person? If you've never actually gone into the store, and only called, I would like to know that also.
I had the absolute different experience. every question was answered with knowledge and I was not made to feel stupid. The vibe of the the shop was inviting and not intimidating.
