I have no idea what the heck goes on inside this mobile fortress of taquero solitude. All I know is that I place my order and a few minutes later the hatch opens up and I am handed some of the best tacos in town. These guys don't jump on the latest Mexican food trends. They don't sell birria ramen or put bacon in their tacos. They stick with the classics and that suits them just fine. Fads come and go, but this truck will still be parked behind the tire shop. Viva la El Sinaloense.
