Why is it that I order a pizza and get an entirely different one?

This happened to me in Lansing as well. But they made it right by sending the correct pizza.

Because they have no clue what they are doing? We got our order in on a Saturday. Went in to pick it up and they had 7 people waiting for their food. Orders spread out all over their " bakers rack" with heat lamps that didnt work and even the manager there had no idea what she was doing. Watched 3 prople just walk out even after paying. Two people vot their food and walked right back inside because their order was wrong. That place is a disaster. They need to clean house as far as employees go and start over. From the store manager on down to the little blonde girl taking your money. This place is a joke. And it sucks because they are the only Domino's in town now.
