Brandii went above and beyond to help me. She wasn’t even on the clock and made sure to take care of my concerns thoroughly and patiently. An issue I was trying to resolve for a week she resolved in less than ten minutes while not even clocked in. The way she talked to me you would have thought we knew each other for years. She maintained her professionalism and didn’t talk about the Public Storage in California that caused me the issue.

Everytime i go to check on my stuff they're always shut but not looked. The one thing that bothers me is they don't have lights in the rooms where you keep your stuff. Only in the hallways.
You can pay online. Plus you have a 3 to 5 day grace to pay before your charge a late fee
