The food is always delicious and warm. And the seats are nice with lots of seating options. However my experience with the servers has been hit or miss. If I get take out they are always very polite. But when I dine in alone the servers are very rushy and obviously wanting me to go. They seem to even do this if I have a big group. This is more specifically for the Jackson location.

Great food and really good service. We called ahead and our family of 9 was seated when we got there! I am gluten free and I had my own choices and enjoyed a great salad of my own and added chicken. They also had gluten free rotini noodles and the menu was marked with a 'g' for gluten free items which was really great. We had a wonderful time

The manager Jennifer was incredibly helpful! My dad and I accidentally went to the wrong Olive Garden and they were amazing. Jennifer called the other Olive Garden and got our order and was so kind and had amazing customer service. I would definitely come here again thanks to this wonderful experience and would review this with more stars if I could! The staff is so kind I highly recommend eating here again!
