Bought 20, 2x6 x12 went out in the yard to get them. They had a green mold on them. A Hilo came around I asked him to set down a new pallet, he would not. When in and got my money back. Very Very disappointed.

The associates were helpful when asked questions and shelves were stocked. Masks are no longer mandatory. I was able to get in and out in minutes. Got to love that everything is 11% off!

I have to say that my experience today was terrible. I had to return 2 defective items and by the last item I needed to return it was 5 minutes after close. There were still 20+ cars in the parking lot. (not including the employees cars) I ran up to the door and the employee was standing at the door to tell me they were closed. I explained how I would be in and out and only needed to exchange a defective item. He said he could ask his manager. He did not explain I would only a minute or two and then in and out, and the manager said I would have to come back tomorrow. I told the young man I would never be back and he turned his back on me. This is the last time I will ever visit Menards or spend my money there.

I bought a sealed box of LED bulbs. Got them back to my shop and 3 - 2 Pack sleeves of bulbs were missing. I called and explained the situation to Will in electrical dept. He said bring the entire box back and they would switch them out. Meanwhile Travis the store manager reviewed the sale ( Video ) and determined that I left with a full box and would not swap them out. As assumed I was extremely disappointed. I asked to speak with Travis and he came to Electrical Dept. We discussed the fact that I did upfront say that it was an unopened box and was not hiding or scamming bulbs. After he thought and discussed things about this he did decide that I could get a box. I was getting close to boycotting the store. Realize that this was partially my fault for not opening the box. This very well could of been missed from the factory or possibly returned as a full box and taped in a manner that disguised that it was opened. At any rate this turned out positive for all and I wanted to thank the guys that worked with me thru this issue. Keep up the good work.

I have taken my dog in there several times he's little only weighs 9 pounds they have never said anything. He always sits in the seat tho

You can get an old receipt from a kiosk at menards. If you bought it you just need cedit card you used to look up purchases. Get cash if you have receipt.
