On Sunday, December 9 I my daughter and I stopped by your store to get gasoline. When I could not get the gas pump to accept my debit card I went inside. My bank statement reflects that I was charged more than I authorized! Please help!

Any unauthorized charges can be left to your debit card issuer (bank) to settle. Do not compromise your legal ability by negotiating yourself.
