I found this park on Google for a picnic during our road trip. I picked it due to the other reviews and pictures. I was VERY disappointed. The picnic tables were back in the bush, with no river views and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The worst we’ve seen in the 5 states we’ve visited. The drive passed by a landfill and a water treatment plant…not pretty. Definitely DO NOT count on a nice experience if just passing through. Ick.

Public park with no entry fee. Trails with views of the Arkansas River. We were swarmed by mosquitoes on one portion so bug repellent is a necessity.

Nice place to hike around in the forest. Not too busy when we were there. There was about 20 tent campsites. No water spigot that we saw. Bring big spray. There is an old block fort to check out.

If you want a good hike take one here. It's a good workout no matter which trail you take.

Yes you can have a wedding at the park, most conduct their weddings during the spring here. Contact the Conway Parks and Recreation to set up your reservation. 1 501-450-6186
Ghost spooky
I do not think so..
There's a handicapped trail, paved, that goes straight to a bench overlooking the river
Yes, I bet the RV would fit in the same parking area as the boat parking.
There is a mountain bike trail there. Bike as in bicycle.
