What's the best way (price wise) to get the best experience of everything they have to offer?

Put at least a hundred dollars on the card and just go.

Save up for a month, put at least $150 on each play card that you intend to get. Eat and Pre-Game before you go ! Make sure game prices are worth it ! The Subway Surfer game had me pay $1.50 for 2 mins of gameplay then asked for more money to continue!

Depends on the size of the group - if is a birthday they have great specials for big groups!
