Is the handicap parking at the wheelchair entrance and where are they located?

There are handicap parking spaces at the entrance with accessibility, but there isn't a lot in the open spacing near the main entrance. If there is a large event going on, I recommend getting there early if you need that space for wheelchair access. I am also in need of those spaces and have arrived 1.5 hr early for an event and they've been taken, just as an FYI. There are additional spaces in the structure across the street as well.
