One word WOW!!! First time ever visit an RV resort. My family had such a wonderful time. Your staff was excellent surpassing my expectations. Two staff members that come to mind Sage at the front desk took care of our needs, answered our questions and made our family feel welcome. Mellisa at pool made excellent drinks Bingo Flamingo and Savannah Hurricane and the chicken and waffles were amazing, she is awesome! She is a keeper. Because of Sage and Melissa my family will definitely be back!!!

Hard to leave. A perfectly tranquil spot for the family. The children made loads of friends and a beautifully relaxed and safe campsite.Melissa and Wendy are so welcoming and are fabulous hosts. The little bar has a terrific ambience . We all struggled with leaving. I would highly recommend this beautiful site and look forward to visiting again sometime in the future . Deborah

We got talked into this place by someone who was going to be camping. We got a cabin and it was not worth the hassle or the price. It was clean, but the air conditioner didn't work the first night so we called to get someone to look at it. Never heard back from them after leaving a pair of messages so my wife continued to call until a worker actually answered (we're talking 20+ calls). Their solution was three desktop fans. We opened windows and fortunately it had turned cool. We chose to forego our last night and received an apology and a partial refund. The lazy river is seasonal but we didn't know ahead of time. The ice machine didn't work so we went to their market for ice. They were extremely nice. For the money, it was higher than most hotels and the restaurant was closed when we walked to it. I'm sure camping would be fun there and the cabin would have been better had the air worked. Easy access in and out of the RV park.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in January-February. It's a really nice campground. We just wish the weather was a little warmer. There are a lot of activities like tennis, volleyball, basketball and great pools. People are really nice. Wifi is not the best but not the worst. We want to come back when the weather is warmer. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

What is check in time?
Me too
Yes, the sites that are on the docks.
They do not rent them, but many people bring their own.
Pets have to be on a leash and picking up after your pet is enforced. Most campers bring their pets. Their is a dog park here and there are pet stations throughout the park.
Yes it is but there is a nice pool and beach at the campground.
The city is 20 minutes. You can park for free, in E. park avenue at the park near the fountain. You can use the dot bus system for free.
At our April 2018 stay, the shuttle was $15 per person.
I think Tybee island is the closest beach access. About 35 miles away.
I don't know about dog day care. But they have a place to play.
Don't need a dump its full hook up and if your looking just to dump this is not a place for you camp site Patrons only
Yes there are signs saying they have alligators, but we did not see one.
I am not to sure on that one but there is another reason park right down the road from it that does offer long term.
200.00 per night. For the one we looked at . They some cabins that are cheaper
There is a kiddie pool 1' deep, I believe. Big pool has a "sun deck" about 1' deep, then stairs. Goes to about 5 or 6' in the middle. New area being built with lazy river and another kiddie pool area.
Not sure but I think they list them on their website.
Yes you can...very nice
Yes and this is probably one of the best campgrounds we've ever stayed in!
Really not sure . My brother stays there for a little over $1,000
No rentals at the lake. The tiny homes rentala are facing the lake and are beautiful. However, be careful of the chiggers and fly nates they are egregious!!!
I'm sure that a wheelchair lift could easily fit into one of the RV areas. The picnic table may need to be adjusted according to how you are parked, but certainly do-able.
Great fishing
I truly hope it doesn't become a long term park it and leave it place. It is a beautiful, well kept place and long term usually ends up looking like stagnant old time trailers, lots of stuff and junk sitting around places, and no new faces in and out during the season. People tend to shy away from long term ones because it essentially becomes a trailer community and not as friendly to people who come and go. This is a beautiful park, we have told many about. I hope it stays a camping and RV resort and not a trailer park community.
Yes, definitely one posted online. Hit the, "About" tab and see the drop-down menu.
You would have to call them as the rates change with the seasons.
You will have to call the campground office for that information as we are guide or people who have stayed at the campground and do not work for them.
Just ask them and they will put you right next to a hot spot. .. it's petty good and reliable
Its a Mercedes Sprinter van. So car seats should not be a problem.
