Yes overnight parking is allowed by law. If you need a safe haven, park here. I have been parking there overnight as late as January 2020, no problems. Ignore anyone saying you can not
They don't allow it but they won't ask you to leave either. Usually is you park far enough away from the building they won't bother you. But the answer to the question is no they don't allow it.
