Adam in the Copy & Print area was extremely helpful to me today. I had a project which involved scanning and emailing a pile of documents (some one-sided and others two-sided) and he guided me through it flawlessly. It's so refreshing to to find courteous, efficient assistance when you really need it!

Why is it you walk into this Staples merely to drop off a UPS ready package and the staff after glancing at you walks away or turns their back to you. Today as I was leaving I was questioned by the cashier - once I dropped off my package like I was a common thief. No smiles no greeting just rude behavior. It’s no wonder stores are closing. It’s all about customer service.
