Just depends which trail you take. Some have steeper sections, others not so much. If you're looking for an easier place to start, try no hands bridge.
Fairly steep sections. Don't recommend when the trail is wet, but probably not a big deal if it is if you have decent shoes. Uphills will get ya breathing but won't leave you miserable.
You have a mix of levels regarding terrain at Overlook Park. A bit of very steep and strenuous and some moderate and easy. Enjoy! 👌👍🤙👊😎
