YES! When we went it was raining....still so beautiful....made it even more mystical....just have good waterproof boots n jacket....just embrace the nature in all its glory! Ha

It floods seasonally and can cover some of the boardwalks, so be prepared for that, and if you're off the boardwalk the mud can be really slippery as this is a swampy area.

The video at the visitor center showed the lower boardwalk totally flooded at times. There is an elevated section that would probably be great any time.
