Can you get internet access here? Are there Ingress portals/Pokestops here?

Cell signal was spotty and so there was weak internet. I think the main area had portals, but checking the online portal map is the best bet

There is a single Pokéstop at the Visitors Center. There are two items in Wizards Unite, so I'm not sure about Ingress. Service is spotty but sometimes solid at the Visitor's Center.

I don't know what ingress portals or pokestops are but I can say that cell service is very spotty and unreliable.
