Yes but if you take it to the looking at the fish don't let it drink the,water out of the river,pond it has alot of sulfur in it an our cocker spaniel got real sick ,
Definitely high in sulfer, don't drink the water. I believe all state parks are dog friendly with a leash that is 6 ft or less in length
