No problems in September on bus trip
We were on the 3rd floor. I notified them a week ago. The lady gave me a refund and a free night stay at any Hampton Inn, without me giving any evidence and that there is admission of guilt, meaning, they knew. Good news is that you people didn't get any. Thanks for all your feedback.
No problems labor day week
No bed bug issues on the 2nd floor that I experienced. Hotel was just overpriced and I was shocked there was a table but no desk in my room.
We stayed there earlier in the season. The only issues we had were related to their renovations and an extremely rude nighttime front desk clerk.
