the only coffee shop on this side of town and you can't even put sugar in my coffee. Maybe you guys need a restaff or retrain. Never had a good experience here.

You can also go up and tell them and they will fix it and give you a new coffee, I've even called and they wrote my name down and gave me. Agree coffee later.

Interesting. We've been there probably 8x in the last year. Never ever had them NOT put sugar/creamer/ect in order... Honestly, It's their attitudes that suck. Unless u one of their friends. Lol don't matter to me, I don't go to Dunkin to be pals, I go for my coffee. Don't mess up my Java n we good!🤨
