I can't even give them 1 star. I have been a faithful dunkin girl for the past 25 years. This is the absolute worst of the worst dunkin. Not only do they get orders wrong when you write to have your voice heard , they never call back. Only cares for the money coming in not how customers are treated. I have just started stopping at QT to get my coffee at least I know it is right and with the wait at the drive -thru I have cut 20 minutes off of waiting in the am and I am saving money. No its not DD but I admit it's pretty darn good and always fresh and hot

Suggestion: If someone orders a coffee with specific number of sugars and creams! Don't question it! And be sure you do it like they asked! We came up with a SIMPLE recipe for you to follow because it's how we like it! We can tell by just looking at it! Also! NAPKInS with any food order! Not everyone likes using their pants and back of their hands! Besides that you guys are very nice and pleasant with frustrated customers.

In 3 days I've visited this Dunkin Donuts twice a day each day. I was always greeted and taken care of Ina short time. Watching staff interact they were very profrsional and helpful. This is a good place for your coffee's and other drinks or snacks Update may 1 2022. Drove all the way to Dunkin for coffee was refused service at counter because they only had 3 workers. My truck won't fit through drive thru a worker said just take thier order and John Scott said NO! THE John looked at me and said download the app and order then you can pick up in lobby. I asked for Mgr contact info I was told it's illegal to give the bosses phone numbe out..put... I said no I don't want thier cell numbre I want the number for the main office and was told to Google it. John then yelled CINI who again told me to Google the number. John amd Cindi Scott are the rudest most disrespectful people I've seen in all my trveks. Avoid this hole.

Nope! Been across the US going to Dunkin' donuts before we leave to our new RV location. This is the worst one I've been to. Yes the food and accuracy was excellent, but customer service was well below bar. After every single thing I …
