Is there parking or do you have to park along the street where the sign is?

Rose Lake Recreation area covers hundreds of acres. There about 20+ parking areas so it's no problem. Everything in your visit to the area depends on your goal. I've been going there since 1975. If you want birds go in off of Peacock Road,, there is a big lot across from the gun range--noisy but... You can also park off of Woodbury Rd. just north of I-69. Dry area until you move north. If you go to the lot off Clark Rd. just east of Upton there is working farm managed by the DNR.

There is room for about 5 or 6 cars in the parking area.
